Two staff are currently being trained to train teachers and administrators within schools to be able to use Fronter, the LgFL preferred VLE. The training completes on the 5th July and will then mean that the staff will be able to deliver Fronter accredited training to schools across London.
The CLC has been using Fronter for the last 2 years and has developed a high level of skill within the system. If you would like to see the Fronter interface then please contact the CLC who will arrange for you to have a userid and password.

We have just installed a package called Mission Maker produced by Immersive Education. This is a 3D authoring package which allows students to develop higher order thinking skills by authoring thier own computer games. We have piloted this software with a small groups of students from Hornsey School for Girls. It worked very well and we are now looking to establish a further project involving 5 new schools in September. Click on the Mision Maker Blog for more details.
